Description
In 2020, I was assigned at Fivebase to design and complete an integration between the EndurID wristband system and Netsmart MyAvatar. The integration was to facilitate the transmission of key patient information (admissions, allergies, etc) within a unit from MyAvatar to EndurID, which provides employees with real-time data updates.
A custom-built PHP CLI application is triggered when client targeted events are triggered within MyAvatar and sends the data to EndurID via HL7 messaging. The application was designed to be modular, allowing for the addition of new events and data types as needed.
Since 2020, various upgrades and additions have been added to meet patient and client needs.
